The Celebration of Excellence, which was held at The UARK Ballroom, was our most festive and best-attended Celebration so far. Having the room set up, the stage and the accessibility to decorate were beneficial. Two serving lines for feeding our guests made our task of feeding 300 a simple matter. The excitement of having the event in The UARK Ballroom and having a great set-up for live entertainment were major contributing factors to the success of our event. We hope to return to The UARK Ballroom next year.

My daughter had her wedding reception at The UARK Ballroom. This has to be the greatest place in Northwest Arkansas! Not only is this a beautiful facility, but it also can be arranged to accommodate any kind of event. The staff members were a wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions, helped with making arrangements and were just awesome in general, making life so much easier for the bride and her mother. We just knew everything was going to be taken care of because they made this a stress-free experience and my daughter feel a princess.

I held the American Heart Association's annual Paint The Town Red Event at The UARK Ballroom. The event was a huge success, in part because of the venue. Everyone loved being able to enjoy Dickson Street after the event ended. I felt the management sincerely did anything possible to accommodate my committee and event to ensure success. The layout of the facility and the striking decor helped my committee keep our expenses under 10%.

From the time we booked The UARK Ballroom until the time everything came to a close, our daughter's wedding reception was a great experience. Working with their staff was a plus. They met with us many times to make sure the plans we had in our minds would work. The state-of-the-art kitchen was great for our caterer, and the rental company was comfortable working with the staff. The bar was well-managed, and the acoustics were unbelievable for a 10-piece band. All in all, it was a night we will never forget. Thanks to the Ballroom staff, who were there from start to finish, we were able to give our daughter the reception we, our friends and family will never forget.
